You will receive a full-size digital illustration file by email.
For Personal commissions, you will receive along with the smaller low-resolution copy with more watermark in case you want to re-upload the artwork somewhere with a lower resolution version.

Please be aware that I will store the commissions for 3 months after finish sending it to you.

A tiny signature will always remain on the artwork, except for Commercial commissions.

By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service.

Payment via Paypal/Bank/Visa in USD or Momo/Bank in VND (for Vietnamese clients only).

Please charge half the extra Paypal fee (+2.5% of the payment).

You will pay me 50% of estimated payment after we discussed and I accepted your order. Full payment is required after the sketch is approved.

For clients pay through Paypal, I will request payment to your Paypal address through an invoice to avoid accidental transactions.

Payment must be received in the next SEVEN DAYS after I send you the invoice. Otherwise, your commission will be canceled unless you have personal problem discussed with me.

Must attach proof of transfer every time.

Please note that refunds are not allowed after I start the line progress. I’ll refund 50% of your first payment if you cancel during sketch progress.

If I didn’t start anything, I’ll 100% refund you.

If I didn't meet the deadline, you can choose to have a full refund or have an additional gift commission from me.

I have the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time if I feel like not doing it (it takes too long to receive a response from you while in discusing/working,etc.). In that case, I have the right to complete and put the artwork source file etc. in my subcription sites (Patreon, FANBOX,etc.) or sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.

If you file a chargeback against me on Paypal, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers or put the artwork source file etc. in my subcription sites.
Also, note that you will be blocked and you won't be able to purchase anything from me anymore.
Your username and details about the case will be publicly posted for others to watch out for.

I hold full right over my artworks. I also have the right to post your commissions on my social sites (with watermark) for self-promote, part of my portfolio or stream the drawing process on my social sites unless it is a private commission or commission for marketing and promotional purposes.

You are allowed to:
- For personal commission: You can use the commission for personal use. (post on social media with proper credit to me; you can print the commission out and display it in your personal space; you can print the commission on items like a tote bag, clothing, etc. for your own personal use.)
- If the commission is intended as a gift for someone else, the same rights apply to that one person.

You are NOT ALLOWED to:
- Claim the artwork as yours or remove my watermark.
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. Making money off of the commission in any way. (Except commercial commision)
- Use any of my creations in any AI training or any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

If you wish for the artwork to not be published (private commision) I'll charge you an extra 30% fee of the total price.

Commercial price will usually cost x2~5 of the total price from the personal price. Please discuss for more information.

With commercial rights you will be allowed to make money with the artwork. This include produce merchandise/Book cover/Banner/Logo/etc.

Basic rights are the same as copyright.

If using personal work to commercial work without having an agreement with me the fine will cost x5 of the original price.

I reserve the right to refuse to do your commission if I feel like I’m not able to full-fill your desire or can't handle it.

Please send me as many references as you can! This will help me a lot!

After you filled the Commission Form or contacted me, I’ll reply to you and let you know if I can accept your commission or not, then you’ll be put on the waiting list. No payment is needed until I notify you it’s your turn.
Waiting time can be a couple of weeks or several months, please keep that in mind.

I’ll start the commission after the sketch is approved AND I received full payment.

I will try to finish your commission as soon as possible. However, I still have to deal with deadlines from university, so please be patient with me. Commissions will usually be completed within 2 weeks - 2 months (or 3-7 days for clean sketch commissions) after I notify you that I’ll start doing your commisions. If it takes longer time, I’ll notify you.
(Please note that additional characters/artworks = additional time)

I’ll send you progress picture while doing the commission (sketch/base color/rendering). Feel free to ask me if you require more progress picture.

Please tell me if you require a deadline. I will charge additional fee if the deadline is too short (≤7 days). Deadline only available upon discussion.

If there is a previous queue I will contact you after the previous job is done.
If you're in wait-list, I'll start doing your commission based on wait-list's order, after finished the previous commissions. (You can check the wait-list here)

Multiple revisions are allowed during the sketch progress. However, after you approved the skecth and I started to complete the commision, you’ll only have 3 revisions for major change (For minor change like color adjustment or small details, etc. then it'll be FREE!). If you exceed revision time, extra fees may be charged depending on the revision.

For gacha commission, you will only have to send the brief and receive the final file. You won't receive commission progress update and won't be able to have any revision except it's my fault drawing wrong character design
